For your safety and comfort, please follow the rules below.

§1. CHECK-IN AND PAYMENTS

  1. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  2. Check-in is hands-free (gate and key safe codes are sent after booking). The safe is located at the entrance to the cottage’s terrace.
  3. The refundable deposit is PLN 500 (cash), returned upon departure after the house has been handed over without any defects.
  4. If you would like an invoice, please request it no later than the day of arrival. Final cleaning is included in the price.

§2. SAFETY AND KEYS

  1. Guests receive two sets of keys (including two gate chips) and a gate remote control. The gate (wicket) is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with chip-based entry required at night.
  2. Losing keys/remote control involves a fee: chip – PLN 200, remote control – PLN 300.
  3. Visitors (unregistered) may stay on the premises of the Centre until 10:00 p.m.
  4. Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces.

§3. RULES OF STAY

  1. Night time silence is in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Smoking is permitted only outdoors.
  3. Pets are welcome at the Center (for an additional fee). Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb others.
  4. Each cottage has a gas grill (free of charge). Grilling is permitted only on the lawn. Barbecuing on the wooden decks is strictly prohibited.
  5. Garbage segregation is mandatory. Please place full bags at the garbage screen at the entrance.
  6. We do not tolerate discriminatory behavior (based on age, gender, nationality, orientation or disability) or aggression.

§4. SPA ZONE (SAUNA AND JACUZZI)

Free zone: June 1–September 15 and on long weekends/public holidays. Other days: according to the price list.

  1. If you wish to use the sauna, please notify us at least 60 minutes before your session.
  2. Hygiene: Before entering the sauna and jacuzzi, it is absolutely necessary to wash the entire body in the shower.
  3. Jacuzzi: It is forbidden to enter the water after using creams, lotions, oils or make-up (this causes filter failure and water clouding).
  4. Safety: Alcohol, smoking and bringing glassware into the SPA area are strictly prohibited.
  5. Use of the devices is at your own risk. People with health problems should consult a physician. Children are allowed in the SPA area only under adult supervision.
  6. The resort provides bathrobes and sauna towels. Please do not bring „household towels” into the spa area.
